These are just a few of the speckled eggs I get to collect daily from our sage egger project. Inside these brown speckled beauties lie the ingredients for a hen that will lay eggs with this type of speckling only in green! I love playing with genetics 
The eggs above are first generation meaning they will appear brown upon ordering or picking up but the offspring inside will always lay a green speckled egg on the spectrum in the photo below, nature is so amazing!
